Payments can be made in most foreign currencies at the prevailing hotel exchange rate.

Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

VALUE ADDED FEATURES COMPLIMENTARY FOR GUESTS

(a) Breakfast include in rate for one (Breakfast only for guest entitle to breakfast)

(b) Bottle of water for one            (c) Hotel gym and swimming pool

(d) Ample hotel parking space      (e) Free internet WIFI for resident guest only

RESERVATION DEPOSIT– Reservation is guaranteed with 80% upfront payment of total amount.

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: All guest are required to provide a =N=10000 cash upon arrival to cover any miscellaneous charges if need be and guest gets full cash at the point of checkout. In addition, POS/TRANSFER for a refundable deposit will take 3 working days to refund.

BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS: The person effecting a booking shall be deemed to have accepted the booking conditions on behalf of all guests named in the booking.

CHECK-IN TIME is 2 pm. Early check in attracts =N=10000 room rate.

NO SHOW – In case of no show, we reserve the right to charge the first night on the given payment.

CHECK-OUT TIME is 12pm – All guests are to vacate their rooms on or before 12pm to avoid

 Additional charges:      (a) 12pm-1pm=N=10000

                                         (b) 1pm-2pm  =N=20000

                                         (c) 2pm-above=N=full rate

NO SMOKING POLICY: The hotel maintains No smoking policy in all our rooms and walk way non-compliance attracts a fine of =N=50,000 & OR Eviction.

HANDLING OF KEYS: All guests are to return all room keys to reception if they are stepping out of the hotel or during check-out and feel free to attend to all security checks (Loss of keys attracts a fine of =N=5,000)

CANCELLATIONS POLICY: (a) All cancellation must be done 48 hours before check-in date for individuals (b) 72 hours for bulk bookings. This will be subject to a 100%

Only 50% of deposit amount is available to guest who breach this policy.

DISCOUNT POLICY:

(a) Discount will only be given to retained corporate guests with company ID card made available at the reception and bulk bookings only.

(b) Discounted rate for Corporate guest on retainer (Standard & Deluxe across board) =N=25,000 Without breakfast

This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse services to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to goods or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind not disclosed and deposited at the reception for safe keeping.

DAMAGES TO HOTEL PROPERTY:

Guests are responsible for all damages done to IBD International hotels properties, Linens, towel & more
